Worked with host of international companies like Resmed on their India entry strategy. The work included, detailed market research – qualitative and quantitative, partner search, distributor scan and appointment, competitor analysis, tariffs, regulatory environment assessment, corporate governance and compliance issues, pricing strategy, and other related services.

Some of areas we have experience are, sleep apnoea, post-surgical pain reduction drug device; HIV drug device combo; crematoria equipment.

Bio-Medical Waste :

Working with the global leader in the bio medical waste on their India entry strategy. The work includes, very detailed market research, identify and do detailed financial and other business analysis from the point of view of acquiring companies in India, in-depth understanding bio medical waste in India, location analysis, assessment of demand of supply (primary research) and several other aspects of Indian entry plan.

Diagnostics – Clinical & Imaging Labs :

Worked with all the major leaders in the diagnostic industry (pathology / clinical lab and imaging) for their India strategy and implementation. End-to-end setting up and managing laboratories, equipment purchase, market research, revenue improvement plans, business process engineering, new product development, human resource management, construction of labs as per global standards and other aspects in setting up and managing labs.

Drug Procurement :

Worked with several international organisations / agencies in the area of drugs and devices procurement, research, regulatory environment, assist international organisations in buying drugs / devices from India Indian manufacturers’ scan, regulatory approvals, pricing, tariffs, etc.

Hospitals :

Worked on several hospital services projects. Some examples are - Prepared detailed India plan the leading Hospital group from Australia. Also worked on Detailed Feasibility and Market Research Reports for setting up of the 200+ bedded multi-speciality hospital project; negotiations with the hospital management companies, outsourced marketing and business development services to the hospital groups for revenue improvement. Assisted Leading hospital group in setting up the Clinical Data Management department for their research services division.c
